Purchases & Return Policy

Prices are subject to change without notice. All our jewelry is custom-made to order, therefore returns due to change of mind are not accepted. Returns will only be accepted if the item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or if there was an error in the order shipped. In such cases, you have 14 days from receipt to notify us of the issue.
